J&K Bank Recruitment 2025: CFO Position Announced

Jammu & Kashmir Bank has invited applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on a contractual basis. The selected candidate will be appointed at the bank’s corporate headquarters in Srinagar.

Key Details:

  • Position: Chief Financial Officer (Equivalent to General Manager - Scale VII)
  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Age Limit: Maximum 65 years (relaxable by 2 years for exceptional candidates)
  • Experience: 15 years in finance & accounting, with at least 10 years in banks/financial institutions (5 years at a senior management level)
  • Salary: Negotiable (based on qualifications & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

The CFO will oversee financial management, accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and compliance with RBI & SEBI regulations. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing financial reporting & internal controls
  • Overseeing budget planning & fund management
  • Implementing IFRS/IND AS & ECL regulations
  • Handling GST, TDS, and tax optimization
  • Coordinating with NFRA, RBI, and auditors
