Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in Urdu is mandatory.

2. Age Limit (as of the closing date of application):

  • General (OM): 18 - 40 years
  • Reserved Categories (SC/ST/RBA/ALC/IB/OBC/EWS): 18 - 43 years
  • Government Employees: Up to 40 years
  • Physically Challenged Candidates: Up to 42 years

(Age relaxation as per JKSSB norms)

3. Domicile Requirement:

  • The applicant must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of:

  1. Written Examination (Objective Type)
  2. Urdu Language Test (Qualifying in nature)
